I find it pretty hard to think that any dealer doesn't have at least 1 4 cylinder car on the lot.

I know that much, I was merely implying that maybe he didn't find any 4-cylinder that he liked in the local lots, that's all. Perhaps he felt that the car he wanted simply wasn't any of the 4-cylinders for sale, therefore he ordered a car delivered to his exact specs, and then he went to Ohio to buy it. Again, I am not sure of this, I am merely guessing.

In which case most people would get it delivered to the nearest dealership (well that what 99.9% of the people in the UK have done in my experience in the industry and I know from colleagues in the US its not really any different).

Fair enough, I suppose. Guess that fact flew over his head at the time, and then he just flew off the handle completely. If only more thought was given to this, then maybe we could've avoided this problem. Well, no use crying over spilled milk, as they say...

There was pictures at one point.

And that's where the problem started. If you're going to post pictures claiming "Hey, I'm buying this exact car", find a picture from inside your own state.

For those outside the USA... "five states away" is roughly equivalent to "two to five countries away" in Europe or East Asia.

Guys... I'm sorry. Just read the OP. I live in NC so I can go to college. This is real. I swear.

This is the actual thing in Charlotte, NC. It's everything you saw in the first photos.

...were doing this again aren't we.

@TB I flipped. I apologize.

Its a Mustang who cares if no one believes you, it's not like it's an unbelievable car.

When someone has already been called out for posting about a car that was not theirs in the past, the logical step is to ask for proof when they do it again. Mustang or not, it's still a $30k car.

The fact that millions buy cars around that price range yearly doesn't make it hard to believe.

The AUP states that no one is to knowingly post false information. Be it a $500 Corolla or a $30k Mustang, the rules still stand. So if ProRacer would be to lying about owning it would be breach of these rules.

Literally this. If we let one person pass, then everyone is going to want to pass.

Many of us don't give two whits about what you drive, who you're dating, how much money you make or whether or not you work for Sony Entertainment.

But the rules of this site specifically and explicitly prohibit the posting of false information, as so:

Personally, it would be nice to see that exact car, sitting in the driveway beside Dad's Corvette, with the paper, the coins and the registration (all customer fields beside first name blurred is fine) on the hood.

I just inquired about the car from the dealer website for giggles. They already sent me an email and called me twice.

And would be his 2nd offense. He has already been called out for lying before. Its Its easy for someone to just put their name and coins on a piece of paper and say that car is theirs. (He already did that with his dads Vette and later was called out for lying). going to take some serious hard proof that this is his Mustang and not another car his dad purchased.

I really hope it is his car. But after being called out last year for lying, it will take a lot to convince us otherwise.

It would actually be his 2nd offense. You were actually involved in his first offense. You ate plenty of popcorn while it went for pages and pages here starting in post #4138.. Don't forget he also claimed to be a game developer.

Ut oh that's not good.

This is Sean's father. If my son tell any of you another lie, email me at RichardBDavis.1973@gmail.com

I will be watching what Sean says and does on here from here on out. We're going to have a little discussion on telling people lies.

I've been searching through these posts and asking him about the Corvette that I do not own, and about the Mustang he did not buy. He says 'well I dunno'. If any of you fellows need to know anything, just email me. I'll be happy to talk.

My son is grounded and does not have a cell phone to play the lie game on anymore. He even lied to his past girlfriend.

I need someone to make it to where he can't change what I said.

Have a good day, Richard Davis.
