My email died? or what?

I can't post on the normal boards, and the top of the page says I have to be associated with a valid email account.

I checked my hosted scanning log and I see the regular trillions of emails from gtplanet up until they bounced one at 4:59 this afternoon (US Central time) but I can't tell why it was bounced. I went ahead and whitelisted the email.gtplanet.net domain, what with being the network and email administrator at my company and all, so if someone in charge could kindly double-check the ability to send me emails and fix my profile so I can participate again, that would be peachy.

I reviewed the email logs, and it seems your mail server returned a "554 Transaction failed, DATA reply code" SMTP error.

Well, I don't really want to use a different email address. Can I reactivate with a different address and then change it back, or is my current address on a "forever no good" list now?

It's not on the site's blacklist yet, but if it keeps bouncing, it will be. You should be able to follow the instructions from the FAQ as linked above to re-activate your account with that address.

Working now. I'd tried to resend the activation after white-listing this morning, didn't get it, and have no evidence that it came to the scanner. Tried it again just now and it worked perfectly. Back in the posting business!!
