My GT Website is Online!

I finally uploaded my site my GT Site . Right now its only at GeoCities but it'll do for now. I want everyone to look at it and tell me what they think. I programmed this whole site my self so it took awhile and....thats it! Tell me what you think and try and think of places that might host it. For example: if you think GameSpy would like it (doubt it) recommend that place. You can also name just good free places. Thanx in advance. I provided the link up top and its also in my sig.

with the cheats for gt2, you could make the text smaller and a counter (you can start your counter on like 50,000 so it looks like loads of people have visited your site :D)
 
Gald you like it! well, the chetas were don't wanna make the text smaller in that area. Its just the way I made the tables I think. And the reason I don't have a guestbook is becuase it kind of detracts from the professional quality of the site. I might make my own using javascript or CGI...who knows. I wonder how Jordan likes it and if he would host me...:rolleyes: (not hinting at anything at all)
 
Well, the opening page is index.html ...I couldn't have 2 of them; it would mess with Geocities becuase they would only recognize the original and screw things up. But I'm glad you people like it. Now if that damned Jordan would say something! :mad:
 
But then I'd have to go and change all the links and everything all over the webpage!!! And I asked my uncle (also a web designer) and he said that web designers use either. Main.html just sounds better. and its my website anyway (sticks out tongue and makes noise) :Poke: (Then pokes with a stick)

Just kiddin. But thanks anyway. And how much do you get paid to design web pages? I'll fakemy age and make websites fo huge corporations! At the ripe age of 13 I'll have Bill Gates shining my shoes for Hundred dollar bills! Mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm only 14, can't work, so I do sites for free or a little fee, I'm a free lance designer :)
 
I was kidding...I don't care how long he takes to see this thread!

And you're only 14? Cool...Kinda like me, I design websites here and there for "customers" *cough*friends*cough* ;)
 
Sorry I haven't replyed; I was away at an art camp thingy. Well, the reason I use .bmp is to save file space on my computer. But I will change them if I have too. And the logo sucks becuase I made it in Paint in about 2 minutes. But I will take some suggestions in to mind. And whaddya' mean too dark? You might wanna mess with your contrast and tell me it's too drak then buddy! ;)

You need to learn about image file formats. Bitmaps have a considerably larger file size than JPEGS or GIFs. Read through this article and you'll find out a lot of good information on when and where to use the different types of images. :)
