And Cano I am thinking about mini tubs. Not wanting a full prostreet look. I like different that's why I went with the hood ... I get a lot of remarks about it being a ford on a chevy but hey always say they cant believe how good it looks on there ..

Yes. In fact I myself can't believe how well it flows with the overall shape of the car. I think the center line of the hood helps it to blend in. Also, don't minitub it, just get wider tires that stick out of the rear, the car already looks half a 70s street freak, you could pull it off copletely. Get some Sportsmans (:

I know its been awhile but I have went for an all out gasser look, I ordered a new front frame with a straight axle . Found some original eelco gasser parts and building a nasty 406 for it. Got a 2 gallon fuel tank for the front should look good when done
