My site again, again,

Well, the images aren't antialiased so that brings the quality down. The background color doesn't match the color of the buttons and the buttons don't match the style of the site. Try designing it as a whole; like make the whole website (a mock-up, if you will) in Adobe Photoshop or whatever you use and then work from there. You do have some potential, it just seems that some ideas get in the way of others.

Thanks, Kosmik.

I would love to design in Adobe Photoshop, but I have some minor troubles. I don't know how to link images in Photoshop, so I have to create each button, one at a time.
So I stick with Flash.

Oh and what do you mean by antialiased?

Link images? Don't tell me you don't know how to use the <img> tag!?

You should get Macromedia Fireworks. You can design rollovers, images, buttons, links etc and as it is integrated with Dreamweaver, you can easily import the Fireworks HTML into Dreamweaver.

Let me get this staight. This is supposed to be a digital art portfolio and you don't even know what antialias means? Geez. Antialiasing is a method of reducing jagged edges on shapes. It selects surrounding pixels and fills them with gradually lighter pixels to give a smooter curve/edge/whatever. There is an option in any decent image editor to enable antialiasing.

And may I suggeset you actually finish off your website instead of posting up stupid beta versions. You have gone from v2 to v4 in like a week. Oh, and visit www.w3schools.com and learn how to do code in XHTML. A few Photoshop lessons would help too.

Thanks Shannon. I'm finally totally happy with my layout.

I know what you mean by the jagged edges at stuff. I'll work on it tonight.

:D

I already know how to link images. I don't know how to link images in Photoshop.

EDIT: Damn, I accidently deleted most of my site. I was just checkmarking which sections and stuff needed work and I accidently pressed Delete. The delete popups came and I had to press Ok.:banghead:

But this gives me an excuse to get more content up.

What the hell do you mean link images in Photoshop? Photoshop creates graphics, it does not have anything to do with HTML.

Sure you didn't purposely accidently delete it so you could make v5? Or if you genuineally accidently deleted them, why don't you just visit your website and go to File > Save As. Hell, if you have a decent host, they should let you download your files from the server.

Exactly my thoughts.

I see you're redesigning it again...

Here is a very important piece of advice: Make something you're happy with and spend some time on it before uploading it. Maybe take a screenshot of your progress and show it to use before wasting another 30 minutes on recoding a new website. And try and think of a good design. It seems you're mainly ripping off Shannon and myself's website. Make something yourself! Be original! Go crazy!

Not ripping off, but all your designs are that simple design that usually are based on one menu or something. Your last one was a retardation of mine it seemed.

And I know that any self-respecting webmaster would have all their files on their harddrive also. There was no reason for you to have to redesign your website.

What the hell?

First you said I was ripping off your and Shannon's site and now your saying blah blah... something.

Your menu and my menu are like so different. Just because mine was located at the top of the page doesn't mean it's a carbon copy of your damn design.

Geez.

Why do I keep changing layout's and stuff, because I'm trying to find one that I like ALOT.

More like no one likes your layouts and your trying to find one someone won't give you slack about.
