Test room open, grid for the shootout will be randomly set, race start will be at 8pm GMT.

Happy new year to all, and RPM will win some races this season ;)

I'm aware it's 4:25am, firstly (Excused since it's new year).

I returned home and went to check something on the PS3 before bed, and found something had corrupted it. Luckily all my data is still there so I got off scott-free. Had to put in various details and information again (credit card, internet settings, PSN login info, some XMB options...) and that was all fine too. (*insert sigh of relief*)

I then decided to run an internet speed test on the PS3 with the built in speed test that shows when you test your connection, to see if that was still fine too. I was previously getting speeds of 3.7 Mbps download, and an upload speed somewhere around 380 kbps (think I last checked a couple of weeks ago). I'm now getting speeds of 4.8 Mbps download, and 810 kbps upload :D (same speeds on both my laptop and the PS3)

So basically I return home, check the PS3, see something on it got corrupted and made me reset some things, feel relief when everything is still there, and then discover that my internet speeds have increased very recently without my knowledge. :)

Happy New Year :sly:

Now why can't that happen to Matty?

I'm going to be honest, I had two mini heart attacks reading the first two paragraphs of Joe's post.

 Right i'm currently watching the entirety of last seasons 100 lap Daytona race to pass time, hoping to be not as many cautions

ok cool, thanks, and happy new year too all,

also I'm online now and keen for some testing, pointer's will be helpful too

Updated entry. Bear in mind that Team Extreme have a couple trucks being shared, so entry is more like 16 full-time.

If the drivers were listed according to PSN ID, I would be in first. :irked:

Just remembering at Daytona last season I won the shootout, fourth in the 250, and second in the 150. :sly:

Where am i?

Whoops, thought team Extreme were one down, my bad

Reminder you need to have sent me friend requests for the race so I know you should be in the room.

Got to admit I am genuinely pumped up and excited for this season.

Any spaces open as a Part time? Just going to do a few races (if time allows)

furi, i posted this ages ago :(. If those 'viggen' and 'overdrive' get in before me then i'll be pretty annoyed. You've never raced them before, but they are on the list before me :(
