I felt that I could have finished in the top 10. That wreck in turn 2 with RPH and whoever was behind me killed my chances. :grumpy:

Listen. We got a caution on Lap 8 (Race lap 7). Red flag because of some asshat on a mic. Race restart under the yellow on lap 1of the restart (race lap 8, under yellow). Green lap 9. As far as I am concerned this one goes to countback. Pretty sure.

That would mean I am 11th as kartman would be qualified. Just checked the replay and I got beat by you across the line yera, good race!

What did I miss out on after my DC

My truck was terrible, which didn't help when I couldn't really get a constant braking point for each of the corners

Thought I'd post this as an update to my progress in GTP's online racing series, including Trucks. Please excuse the fact that I look like a child and get confused so much.

Standings coming tomorrow... and we go to Spa this week. Just 1 Q lap there.

think's it's to cut down on time due to the long lap

Then what is the point of doing 3 laps? 1 warm up, 1 flying and a cooldown (which would take longer than a second flying lap) seems pointless. Why not do a 2 lap race if you want to cut down 4 minutes.

to see the lap time so you don't have to look at the replay

There is a timer at the end, and the people watching the laps should be watching closely. They should be able to notice the lap time in this period. Also, replays should be checked at Spa as this is the place where most 'cuts' will happen. 2 laps should be done, because if you run wide at Eau Rouge, then your whole qualifying is ruined. People should have 2 laps to guarantee that they can get time on the board. How annoyed would you be if you weren't allowed to race because you ran a little bit wide, and then you weren't given a second chance (like you are at almost every other track).

The cooldown lap is here to give the steward the time to note your lap, you shouldn't finish this cooldown lap. Just leave the race when the steward says that your time is noted. Then, you can save the replay anyway, even if you not finished the race.
So there's nothing pointless here
