Hopefully the next update will bring more events. Until then, you can...

  • Grind $8k events - Half Past Ignite (Drift Trial) recommended
  • Trade cars to discover customisation options
  • Acquire all Achievements/Trophies (which should be manageable for the average gamer in this game)

Is Half Past Ignite the best one? I've just been grinding "What You Torquing About" (Time Trial), takes around 90 seconds in my GT86.

Also, I absolutely HATE the Gymkhana with Ken Block that starts in the mountians (right after doing the couple with Manu & Ken). 3 or 4 times during the route the checkpoints have delays registering me going past them and I've had to stop for 10-20 seconds for it to register I've went past them, and because you have to finish the route in the time limit I lose even though I'm well above the target score. And this isn't the only event that it's happened to but the fact this is a 6 minute event is just so infuriating.

Ehhhh I don't have the motivation to do any of those though, so for now I'm gonna be playing Forza 6. It was fun NFS, see ya when the DLC turns up!

Half Past Ignite shouldn't take longer than 90 seconds either. It has a target score of 24,000 which you can probably achieve by nailing 5 corners. After you've hit the score you can just race your way to the finish!

Component Parts is still a damn joke. I've just attempted it 8 times and on 4 of those attempts I've had to restart due to a bug. The other times I've been overtaken right at the end or have crashed due to the flat out broken collision physics. One of the attempts was ruined by some player managing to get into my race and ramming me into a wall at the start.

Fix your ****ing game, Ghost!

EDIT: The crash cam should just be removed full stop. I've just had this happen to me:

Link because embedded video didn't work

I like it!!

Thanks :) I've added a lot more to it including all cars maxed stats. Still fixing up a few things but when it's ready I may make another thread if it's appropriate too. Just another pic of it. As of now I have every cars stats filled in I just want to add im the MPH for top speeds and quarter miles as well as add in the speeds for the boss'/leaders cars. 👍

Rubbish quality, might just be my end... nope it's rubbish quality oh well when I submit it for others it will be fine

Finished and created a thread, hopefully it wasn't an unnecessary to.

Some of the many pet peeves I have with this game so far:

-Not being able to play the old NFS songs anywhere else on the road besides Eddies challenges

-The time it takes to change songs in game

-Song that you would listen to finally plays (cop shows up) (music cuts off) *THOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM

-The absolutely unnecessary flashing effects when a pursuit starts and ends

I haven't even finished career mode, and the thing is, I have no desire to.

It's such a shame, really. The awkward physics, the bugs and glitches here and there. The repetitive missions and races that some how the devs manage to call a "story".

I'm beating a dead horse, I know. Its just I loved NFS man :(

It's pretty to look at though. :)

Could it be the angle of the photo? The front seems to be a wee bit closer to the foreground than the rear, making it look like the front tyres are thicker.

Otherwise I think they could have swapped the front and rear tyres in their coding.

It's not the angle of the photo, look at in-game. It's quite noticeable with custom rims.

I don't have the game yet (waiting for PC), so I'll take your word for it.

Wouldn't be the first time NFS messed up tyre dimensions though. All of the cars in NFS No Limits for example have the same width front and rear. It looks dope when you lower it and add camber to see skinny bicycle rear tyres :yuck:

Sadly the skinny tires are still a thing in NFS 2015.

Never noticed that on my RX7. How on earth did Ghost Games messed up on that?
As @LeGeNd-1 mentioned, they probably got the codes for the wheels swapped around the wrong way. Looking at it in-game again, it appears that the entire front wheel is slightly larger than the rear - resulting in the car actually sitting much higher in the front, which looks very odd on an RX7.

I just started playing the game with the BRZ and am really struggling with the car being competitive in races (keep getting 2nd in vs events and near last in races). I upgraded all of the parts except 2 (said something about a person) to S. The top speed according to the parts area was now around 160mph along with a pretty good amount of hp. So I go onto the freeway in a race and the car maxes out at 126mph in flat areas with low rpm especially going up a hill (with the speed down to ~95mph until it goes down a gear). I had the same problem when it was default, as if the car hasn't improved at all. What am I doing wrong and what do I do to fix it? I really want to enjoy the game but right now it's a pain.
