Need for speed limits - Shift 2 freezing at high speed

The PS3 console freezes if you drive fast cars very fast in "Need for speed limits" (shift 2).

My murcielago works car on nordschleife worked fine for 5-6 minutes but when I passed 400 km/h the game froze and I had to reboot the PS3.

I have registered a case with EA support norway 3 weeks ago, and I have posted here, and in the EA forum. They did not fix this problem in the patch that arrived today.

I urge everyone who has this problem to contact EA support and register a case with them: http://ea.custhelp.com

Maybe if enough people complain about it they will do something about in the next patch...

I do think that if EA gets a lot of customer support cases in EA's system it will have a better effect than a forum thread at GTPlanet that we "hope they will read" though...

and there is also a new trophy with the dlc asking you to go 402 km/h

Nice, I should have gotten that trophy then, too bad the game froze again

that patch was not ment to fix anything its is something that is preparing for the DLC tomorrow check you acheivements or trophies there are now more. It has nothing to to do with correcting anything of the glitches there are threads in the shift section already talking about this

If you have the same problem as me and want to get EA's attention, register a support ticket with them.

What GTPlanet members believe the patch contains is not important to me. I know that it does not fix the problem I mentioned, and I think they should have addressed this problem before they create new trophies that require you to go at a speed that will make the game freeze...
