So just finished 5 of the 13 events, odd that there is a minimum requirements for the PR on the #12 but none in #13.
 
I'm late. I just finished Chapter 4. Now I need double time to finish Chapter 5. :(

Depending on how my luck plays out, that could be my stumbling block. My 'Stang is sitting at 726 RP currently. Here's hoping for some good parts over the next few races.

Don't worry, you'll get a 3 star ECU and some other good material from the races, i've gotten to 739 and i'm still at #8. Buy those 5 crates they are helpful too.
 
I farmed bearings and batteries yesterday and my Stang is 763 RP now. The first 8 stages where quite easy. No sign of Mary yet. Still one hunter to do. Maybe she is waiting there! :P

I notice something. There are two new events in the Auto Series that alow the GT500 to compete. In one of them I saw an option for the Challenger XXX Snoop_Dogg edition. So we can eventualy win (ok buy) the car.

if you complete the special event, you'll get the Shelby, 150 Gold, 20.000 cash.

Here's the punchline...

You can't use the car in Underground until you're level 40. You also can't mod the colors, rims and bodykits. They also lower the car PR to 726 but all the special event currency and material parts got "converted" into cash and some material parts for Muscle cars.

The hardest Hunter event is #11 if i'm not wrong, i think it wasn't Mary though. Either Daisuke or someone else.
 
Ugh, I don't think I'm going to win the GT500...I'm stuck at the end of Chapter 4, and I don't have enough PR on my Shelby to continue. What's more, I have no tournament credits due to spending them at the docks in a bid to make my car faster, and I also have no gold for the same reason.

This game sucks sometimes.
 
You still need to grind for parts to upgrade the car. You can not expect to pass the event without any.

I didn't spent a single gold so far. And beside some hunter stages I found the whole event quite easy. Nothing to do with some events I did in Real Racing 3. At least EA know don't force us to buy cars with gold like they did in the past. Than again charging 10$,20$ for one car is just absurd.

Saying that, for a mobile game it's one of the best game on the market right now. At east for me!
 
I was concerned the Snoop Dogg event would be like those special events in RR3 (Like Le Mans and F1, gave those up after the first 2/3 stages) which would result you in spending a ridiculous amount of in-game cash and Gold on upgrades in order to remain competitive but this event was relatively easy. The only problems I had were having to open so many crates to get my car to have a PR rating of 740 and catching up in some Hunter events. Even though it can't be used in the Underground series until Level 40, at least I have an additional car sitting in the garage! 👍

You can use the GT500 in the Auto Series. There are two events for it. One gives you 100 rep each race, the other one 80. You can level up pretty fast.

I've been grinding. A lot. Most of the time, the parts that I get for the car can't be used though. :indiff:

One of the best game. Not the best! For me RR3 had the potential to beat all the others. But the microtransactions ruined the fun.

You need to farm batteries in Chapter 2 and bearings in Chapter 4. You need a lot of them.

I'm rather upset that I can't change anything on the GT500.
I've seen the AI driving it before and I expected I could have a stock one as well by removing the livery and the kit, but whatever, it's still a nice car.
 
I got 3 events left of the snoop dog series and my GT500 is 640+ PR rating I have gold saved up just in case I need to skip... It's fine if I can't use it until level 40 cause I'm already level 35 I'm really moving through these underground chapters :):)

Be aware the 740 PR event requires 400(!) Gold to skip. If you haven't done so already, you better start opening those $20,000 crates to ensure you have enough parts to get your car to that rating.

Great, just great. The game decided to corrupt my save game AGAIN. Screw it, not playing this game again.

edit :
So i complained to technical support hoping for nothing, said they cannot recover my data and will send gifts as an apology. I open the game to check the gifts and guess what i got.....

- hundreds (i'm guessing close to 200) blueprints of various cars from Fiesta ST to Viper. I got 50x blueprints for the Impreza, 30xish blueprints for Skyline R32, 10xish blueprints for Nissan GTR and Viper and much, much more. Basically i've gotten more than what i had in my lost garage.

- more than 70ish (i think) pieces of rare 3-4 star parts.

- rep from lvl 1 to 10

- 260/10 fuel point

- 3020 gold

- 205.000 ingame cash

is this normal for mobile games ? I rarely play mobile games like this one but dayumm... Christmas came early.

That technical support though... I have never seen anything like that from mobile games especially from companies like EA. Matter of fact, I think EA is no longer a bad company after all.

Lol that battlefield reference at the end though.

Because its a mobile game, lots of people pay for the microtransaction so they don't mind giving you lots of stuff for free. Altough if you look at my next post, i lost the gifts again just because i exited the game.
 
I am now the very happy owner of a Shelby GT500. Won it with 40 minutes left in the event.

The Hunter events were the events that I found the most difficult. I've uploaded 2 pictures of the car.

I'm using all of them this time, not gonna lose them again.

Are we actually able to change the colors, bodykits and rims on the Shelby GT500 ? i've seen people who had a red GT500, different bodykits and etc in the tournament.

Edit : huh. odd. i still compete against AI in the tournament. which means... with this GT500 i shall pass the tournament lol
