When you get to the Sports cars saving a blue part costs 99 golds and purple part costs 299 golds I was gonna reuse my 5 purple parts for the AMG series and then the Nissan series, but it looks like it's not gonna happen. Decided to put the purple on AMG and hope I get legendary for my GT-R

Also, this might just be a hunch, but if you don't store as many parts in your inventory you are more likely to open parts from crates. I just got an epic muscle part today after not getting any for the last 2 weeks. Now my Shelby is at 775 PR, I should be able to finish the rest of Chapter 14 with some materials.

Another thing I noticed is you don't get anymore blueprints for cars you have already maxxed out in terms of stars. My BRZ is fully tuned and I never see it in the race, blackmarket or crates. So somewhat counterintuitively, max out your useless cars first so you get more blueprints for the later cars.

Good lord it is HARD to get visual points. and im anxious to make tunes to my rx7 and brz

Once you reach higher levels and start grinding more and more, you'd naturally rack up VP from repeating races. Believe me at that point you will hope you don't get any more VP and hope you get parts instead. I have tuned all my unlocked cars at this point and I have way more VP than I'd like...

Also don't miss tournaments. Especially those involving the Shelby or Razor cars as they are easy to rank up.

And this might just be me, but I find cars with wide bodykits are less agile and harder to initiate a drift somehow.

Just curious, what exactly do you mean "saving a blue part costs 99 golds"? Do you mean if i have a blue part in my inventory and then try to install it on a sports car it will cost me 99 golds?

I usually find something like that when I try to DOWNGRADE to a lower part in order to use the better part on a different car. I can see a point there for EA because then everybody would just be using the same parts on different cars again and again.

If your car is already equipped with a blue part, then you want to install a purple part on it, you get 2 options either to sell the blue part or keep it for use on another car.

With lower end cars you pay credits, but once you get to muscle or sports cars it costs gold. It makes sense to penalise the player, but not that much IMO. It's just another reason to make the game harder for non microtransaction players.

Got you. Yes, that is very expensive as well. For the same reason that they don't want you using the same part on another car.

No Limits has stopped working for me. It got past the Firemonkeys and Title screens fine, then when it got to the screen showing Mustang & BRZ drifting it just quits back to the home screen (I'm playing on iPad Air 2). Tried switching my device on/off and closing all other background apps and it still doesn't work. Other apps work just fine and internet connection is good.

Any ideas? Is this a sign of save corrupting?

Seems to me that its the RAM. Try deleting some useless apps to increase RAM.

Then we had a Return of Razor event which gave us a M4 MW (European) reward for completing it so my prediction for this one....its going to be either a Eddie or Rachel special event since they both use Japanese cars.

It would be strange if it was since the game hasn't been out for that long. I don't think there's a ton of people who have 900+ PR cars ready for this race or played enough to save the gold bars needed to buy these crates. (Unless for rich ppl of course)

I also saw a Huayra with about the same. I think the tournament ai doesn't have the correct PR.

There's definitely a gold hack. So the tournament just started right? And you get 1 ticket each hour. So how in the world am I in 1581st place when i've been winning every race in the third tier wich gives you 700 pts?

I know you can buy tickets (5 for 60 gold) so maybe that's were all the hacked gold is going. It's insane. Anyway, all i really want is to end in Ace in order to have enough trophy credits to buy 5 supra blueprints and finally reach 3 stars. I'm almost there so i'm not concerned about that.

Mullet is an AI, you can even find him on underground/car series races.
Nothing really to worry about.

Don't forget to upload your game data to the cloud before you have to delete and reinstall the game. I've heard lots of people have lost their progress and firemonkey not doing anything about it.

This happened to me this morning too, I just deleted and reinstalled the game.

Never mind guys, it fixed itself this morning. Good that I didn't delete the game last night in frustration lol. Must be the servers acting up or something.

BTW the Viper race on Chapter 14 is HARD. Your opponent has 830 PR and it's listed as EXTREME difficulty even with Shelby close to 790 PR I beat it by 5 metres at the finish. The first race at Chapter 15 is a Hunter event and I am nowhere close even with Shelby or Razor.

So I am stuck. Again.

750. Even fully tuned Razor will not beat Shelby's PR, but its acceleration is better so it's more suited for short tracks. Even with that it's still not enough to beat it.

One thing I hate is the fact that some cash rewards for races in the later chapters are still around $2,500. Like wth is that? I make more than that in drifting or hitting nitro zones...

Yeah race rewards suck. When I'm grinding I just drift left and right even on the straights just to try and get a few hundred bucks more. Sometimes you get lucky and flip a $7500 card (the highest I've seen), but that's few and far in between.

Having said that cash is definitely the easiest resource to get in this game, so I won't complain too much.

Anybody making progress on the current tournament? I'm at 97th place but i won't get to top 50 since level 3 involves 870+ cars
