Could somebody tell me how to get the Escudo Pikes Peak to handle good? I don't care about the horsepower, just let me keep it on the track for gods sake.

Another question, Does anybody know what the best strategy for completing the Leguna Seca Endurance race? (without using an F1 car) Tell me if you know what car and what tuning, and if you don't just gimme some kind of insight as to what to do.

Thanks

Hey KOJonas,

Welcome to GTP.

For tuning issues try here.

Also, if you do a search, I'm positive you will find a few threads on tuning the Escudo.

👍 Happy tuning. 👍

Funnily enough, I made a thread on this TWO days ago - look on the second page of this forum for a thread called "Can't Drive The Escudo?"...

For the Laguna Seca endurance race I used the Tom's Castrol Supra with stock tuning. I just set it up to drive nice and sweet and easily won the race. (watch out for the Team Oreca Viper, though)

Camber has a lot to do with it. I mean, if you get your suspension and TCS set up right, you're good to go on any car. I mean, my 350 horsepower Miata can kick a Skyline's ass because I have handling perfected (to my liking anyway).

I appreciate the suggestions, I'll try the settings for the Escudo and get back to you on it.

As for the leguna Seca Endurance, I'll race that tomorrow with the f090/s. Thanks to boombexus, Famine, speedy_samurai, and KosmikFool, and anybody else who follows up with more suggestions, for all the info.

Thanks
