Im at 9 hours and took a break lastnight when the rain topped to 100%, nothing strange so far then this morning i saw that all the AIs are running with super-soft sports tyres and are eating me like nothing. The leader Audi R8 is now ahead of me 30seconds :grumpy: and i dont know what to do? Im on rain tyres and it seems thoose tyres are sudden crap for rain lol.. So do i need to babysit this race or what.. anyone even know how long its gonna be rain 100%? Usually the last 2 i ran it never rained, not even on nurgburgring several times.

Also im running the Minolta fully trimmed´but still the R8 outruns me on every checkpoint by 3-5 seconds so by this pace he will just outrun more for every lap..

IGNORE the Other AI and continue as normal.
Rain tires will still be quicker than the Sports tires. unless your running a crap level driver.
(what level is he. is he currently tired.) you'll Pit in if its still raining on auto as will they.
You may have to pit twice but they are slower than you when they go back to rain tyres. Even after Pit stops.

Race Mediums on fronts. Race hard back when dry to avoid as many pit stops.

Just make sure pit Strategy remains disabled after your next stop

Id run RS on the front and RH on the rear. If your bob is level 35 + youll be -5 seconds quicker /lap than the AI and stay out a lap longer.

I just finished this race, using the RS on the Front and RH on the rear.

I had to flog my Lvl 35 Bob for the last 90 minutes, all of the Bobs were out of strength, and with constant Pace Up or Hold Pace Commands kept them in check. Passed that blasted Audi R8 in the last chicane.

What car were you using?

I ve done it 3x and the race is over by 18 hours as the AI bobs are so knackered they're pitting every lap!

They are all 39,39,38 so i dont understand why it looks so hard, i will try let it run overnight and just see what happens.

Kennyisgod, I used the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP – Team Oreca Matmut ‘10. My Bobs were 37,36,35 all with Blue Arrows. I really hated to Baby-sit them, but I wanted the win.

If your Bobs are lower in level, fr me, and I'll add you to my grind list...

Much appreciated mate but my bobs are 39,39,38,38 and im 18 hours into the Nurburg24 race.

If u want an easy win without babysitting, use a X2010. I've got one online for use if interested

Nooooooo, don't use the bloody X2010! It totally defeats the point of racing imho, it offers no challenge at all. It's like playing tennis against a 1 armed blind man.

Use the 908, Minolta or the R92-CP, put them on RH at the back and RS at the front and set them off. Even if your miles behind at half way because of the stupid AI they will pit every lap coz their bobs are knackered. They'll pit even with fresh tyres and full fuel tanks.

Like i said i was miles behind when i used the Minolta coz it rained when i was asleep, but i ended up winning by 9 laps i think.

Seems good now, let it run overnight and im now 7 laps ahead of the second car haha nice.

yeah whats the fun in x2010 i already have beaten this race first time on the FGT and that was really uber dominating and it was no fun really so now im gonna race only with race cars more fun.

Can an Enzo handle itself here? I wanna break my new one in this way.
The Enzo just doesn't have the same cornering prowess because of the lack of proper Aerodynamic parts. Sure it's pace on the straights is nice but when you have to brake and turn, things begin to go sorely against you.
