Hi guys, first of all i wanna thank u all for your efforts in this forum!
Now heres the thing! Ive bought american muscle car pack..downloaded it but they wont show in my cars...why? If i go to marketplace and car packs they are tagged has purchased..so what can i do? Ive redownloaded them but no sucess apearing in my garage... Thank you for the help.

Now they are in the Shop you can buy them with Game Credits, or you can spend more real cash and buy game tokens and use those to access the cars..

Confused me as well.. usually the cost isn't ridiculasly high in comparison to the original game cars..

Agreed, I feel that it's bad enough you have to buy the cars with actual money, but then having to work and waste even more time getting credits to buy them is absurd. :banghead:

Wow! I dont get the big deal here. You are buying a pack of cars to be added to the game, not to your garage. You still have to buy the cars with in game credits. Come on guys, its easy as hell to get credits in this game. It wont take much at all to get whatever cars you want from the pack in your garage.

I agree...

Yup, you're paying for game content, not cars.

The Season Pass is the closest you can get to making the extra content worth the money, IMO, but as I understand it, Microsoft has more of a hand in DLC pricing than Turn 10 does. Turn 10's dedication to the racing sim community is surely the reason why we have the Season Pass deal in the first place, not to mention the promise of at least six months of DLC support.

What your buying is a game expansion! like the game you need to have credits to buy the expanded content.

Stick with this game and credits come easy here's some tips!

  • Rule one, don't upgrade a car till upgrades come free via affinity bonuses!!
  • Rule two, Drive with the same car until upgrades come free!!
  • Rule three, drive with as little assistance as you can manage to improve the acceleration of winning points (bonus multi-player)
  • Rule four, Remember if you like a car, once upgrades are free, up-leveling affinity net's you credits from the manufacturers.
  • Rule five, don't pay money in the auction house for an upgraded car cause...
    • see rule one and two..
  • Rule six, only buy cars from the auction house, and only for less than new!
    • I bought 3 1.5million cars for less than half the cost of one of them. reset them to stock and tune for free!
  • Rule seven, Choose wisely from the bonus cars you win. some are more valuable than others (handy if your a car collector).
  • Rule eight, make the most of Rivals mode.. you can make a lot of credits in a short period of time, don't go flat out, just go fast enough to win then pick off the rivals one at a time for extra credits.. (bonus you learn the tracks well!)
  • Rule nine, pick races that earn you more XP till level 50 then go for credits (you'll have more free cars to race with)
  • Rule ten, Remember this is meant to be fun, don't take it too seriously :D
