Hi, check how many RPM is the max power and try to reach this RPM at max speed last gear ,after the starting line before entring the first left turn.
For this you can fine tune the max speed with your final gear setting.

Lower= increase speed
Higher= decrease speed.

Simple. No special gears tricks on this speedway.
