Could leave signups open to fill a 3rd lobby, or just cap it at 2 lobbies with 2 reserve entries as we'd have now. I doubt everyone will make it, so the reserves would still get in.
I think that’s the way to go because we want to have full lobbies and no doubt a few people won’t show so it’ll be fine

Entry lists updated! Sorry for the wait over the last few days. Have been a bit sidetracked.

I don't know how we've done it, but we have managed to fill all 32 of the entry spaces! Thank you all so much for showing an interest in the event! :D

Just to inform them, we currently have 2 reserves:

@sota59's teammate "jonirune91"
@ElementRacer "SDM_Time-Attack"

Now all the main spaces are taken, we will get to work on determining who goes to Split 1 and who goes to Split 2. I will make another post at some point in the future when that has been decided.

A reminder to send/accept a PSN Friend Request to/from "NS_Zokeo_9".

Thanks once again for being a part of the Nukeshot Endurance Series! :D

Do you want us to send a time trial time to separate the lobbies

Do we have to adhere to the livery rules or can I just use one that I found, because I don’t want to have to make a livery
If the livery you found complies with the regulations then you may use it (assuming the racing number isn't taken).
Do you want us to send a time trial time to separate the lobbies
The Mods will seperate the splits based on previous experience with people, as well as their Driver Rating.

Rules & Procedures

Race day: December 29th 2019.

All times are given in GMT.

19:15: Lobby Opens.
19:40: Qualifying Starts.
20:00: Qualifying Ends. Formation Lap begins.
20:15: Race Start.
21:15 (Approx): Race End.
Qualifying will be a one-shot format, using the in-built lobby setting (see "Qualifier Settings")

All cars get 1 outlap, followed by 1 timed lap.
Lap 1 of the race is a Formation Lap. All cars are to leave the grid in a safe manner.

The Formation Lap speed limit is 100 MPH (160km/h)

Until the double-file point, all cars are to keep a gap of 2 car lengths to the car ahead and behind.

The speed limit decreases to 62 MPH (100km/h) in the final sector (After Bilstein Bridge)

Cars are to go double-file after the final corner. Odds (1st, 3rd, 5th etc) on the right, evens (2nd, 4th, 6th etc) on the left.

Cars go green when the leader passes the timing line. No overtaking before that point.
Track limits are 2 wheels on the track or kerb.

As a general rule, we encourage all competitors to drive as clean and fair as possible (see 'The Good Racecraft Guide').

Squeezing another driver's racing line on a straight is allowed UNLESS contact is made or they get squeezed off the track completely. The offender in the incident will always be the driver switching lanes.

Any attempts of excessive blocking will be looked down on by the stewards, and penalties may apply depending on severity.

Any incidents you want investigating after the race MUST BE REPORTED to one of the Moderators.
This guide was put together by @VBR. All competitors are encouraged to read it in order to ensure that our racing is fair and clean.

Make 2 Qualifying lobbies, everyone has 2 laps to give it their maximum, sounds fun
While fun (a lot like the usual TSR SuperPole qualifying system), it seems overly risky when it decides the actual lobby you get into, not just qualifying spot. Bork your laps and you end up in the wrong split, with an easy win.

Would be a good shout for the actual race qualifying though.

The way I set up the in-game qualifying settings was to essentially make it a 1 lap shootout

Nice work! The only thing that needs to be changed is the number font. The correct number font can be found linked in the "Livery Regulations" tab of Post #2. Besides that it looks fantastic!

Alright it has been corrected and it looked weird as just 92 so I changed my number to 392

So you would have to start the race on the tyre you qualify on. Correct?

And the active stability management is listed as being available. Wouldn’t that give an advantage?

I’m planning on doing some testing the coming evenings. Would be nice to get the buzz started with little over one week to go.

Yeah you'd start on the tyres from quali, unless theres a way to get around that. ASM will slow you down if you use it. Some members are doing an exhibition race at Laguna Seca tomorrow and will be testing for that, but I'd expect practice rooms to appear for Nurb soon from various drivers.
