. . . Never typed here before . . .

:eek::confused:

Lingenfelter barely charges $9,000 for their S/C kit on a Z06 with a 2 year/36,000 mile warranty.

$8,000 for a spoiler alone would be ridiculous, but not for a full ground effects kit also. I've seen body kits for Supra's that were $22,000+.

why would you want to put a spoiler on a Viper anyway? does it affect downforce/drag in some way?

What kind of spoiler is it? Can you either describe it, or post a picture of something similar?

I never played GT1(or2) so I really don't know what ya mean>:D

Anyhoo, what year's his "Snake?"

Cool:cool:

A guy down the street has a GTS, and his wife has a Viper Dayona(looks, um...different).

you mean a wing like the GTS-R Oreca cars? or the special GT2 Edition GTS?

So that average price on a Mc. F1 is $1,000,000 (american) so 33G is pennies to anyone who can afford a car like this.

I never thought of that! :eek:

I wonder what the monthly insurance bill of that kind of car is? :eek:

about the price of a new family sedan? :D

Quite a lot for insurance....

I am assuming that that wing/ ground effects price includes install, paint, and shipping of the viper, so that really isn't so bad. It's not like they are adding a POS fiberglass or Urethane kit. Mostlikely carbon fibre or kevlar.

My firends bro has a 98 Mustang GT, he has put polished headers and a h pipe (or Y not sure) and muffler. Also has a catylic (sorry for spelling i bet its competely wrong) converter and his insurabce is $10,000 a year.

Um, he really needs to find another insurance company. I don't even think '98 Mustang GT's are worth what he's paying for insurance in a year.:lol:
