the locations KY is referring to are countries. like.. 20 different countries over the world, with 70 tracks world wide. That's hopefully what he means when he says locations.
He also used sceneries in the same sentence, and we know that sceneries isn't the same as countries. Hopefully you will be right at the time of the game's release.
