New here: some observations…

Hey all! So I’ve come across some posts from here while doing some searching for things regarding GT7

Things like which cars work better… So yesterday I started something which I found out you can’t attract easily, which is tracking fast laps on different tracks.

You can’t find your fastest times on each track with certain cars. It turns out. So I started taking photos of the end screen when I do a race.

But I guess my question is, it doesn’t seem like the cars are that much different… For instance: in the GT3 class I’ve been running at the broad Bean raceway, the 2.3 mile circuit. And I’ve tried six different cars… And granted each one of them handles slightly different? Some easier than others… But all of the lap times, in race trim, BOP, against the AI cars in hard mode… Or all within about a half second of each other.

I thought there’d be a bigger difference maybe? So is this just the way it is? Or maybe I race to just get the fast lap by myself with the cars be more different without BOP?

Any thoughts on this…

With the BoP on, the cars are supposed to be about the same.
You'll see more differences with it turned off.

That’s what I thought… Is there a way to turn that off within a race or do you have to just do time trials to get the actual cars as they sit?
