Don't get your hopes up for it being in the final game. PD did this to us in GT5 remember?

I still cry about not having wind tunnel ._.
 
Well...there's a Circuito di Siracusa...just saying. Any other ideas on why PD has interest in the area? Maybe the garage where they were scanning the Glickenhaus P 4/5+Alfa 155 DTM is close by and they modelled Siracusa while being there?

The place where they were scanning P4, Alfa etc... and it is located in the north of Italy, instead Siracusa is in the South. Near Siracusa there is a nice circuit called "Autodromo di Pergusa"

Good spot, I was wondering where that was - I guess most of us assumed it was Ronda!

Syracuse has a dedicated circuit now, but races used to be held on the city streets, too. I wonder if eventually the aim is to sort of merge locations and circuits etc. much as might be possible for Ronda / Andalucía.

Not necessarily for GT6, mind, unless DLC is meant to be funding a large modeling team to really start cranking things out.
No mention of Sicily should go without mention of Madonie and Count Florio, though that really would be wishful thinking...

Yeaaaa!!! i' m so happy and excited!!!
In GT6 E3 Trailer, I noticed immediately a new photomode location and with a lot of surprise it's my city.

It's located in the south of italy, Sicily.

Looks pretty swish, plus the way it works is a process engineer's wet dream (maybe) - it's also kinda sci-fi, like the future now sort of thing. Then there's the lesson of the finite power influx to the planet and a possible indicator for a productivity cap for (all) its inhabitants. It's also pretty swish.

Maybe they'll head a little north for roads like this, part of the one of the versions of the Targa Florio. This section is just south of Castlebuono:) The Targa Florio makes the Nurb look like Tsukuba by comparison!!
