How does August 29 (Wednesday) sound for everyone?
Yes, the time zones could be a problem with many of our European visitors. I think the early afternoon (around 4:00 PM EST) would be the best time. This is when the site gets most of its traffic, as I'm sure many of you are accessing the forums at work. And, I believe it would be about 9:00 PM for those in the UK, so we all might be able to make it.Originally posted by Tom McDonnell
How about a specific time, and your time zone so that we can make a real attempt at this.

I don't know, but I am sure that several hundred people could be online at once (it really depends on the server load). I'm not worried about vBulletin, it can take quite a beating! (The largest vBulletin board holds the record at 768 concurrent users.)Originally posted by ghostrider
How many can we get?
20,000? That's nothing! The forum I was referring to (http://board.flashkit.com) has more than 220,000.Originally posted by Josh
Man, usually every time I go to sportbikes.net there is at least 70-100 members on. It's a pretty popular place I guess...
I also noticed ls1.com has over 20,000 registered members
