1.69 G-forces was legitimately achievable without a wing for the 700-4 a long time ago like pre-2.08 I think haha. I'd still think you could do it in 2.14 patch.

I clear the results, don't like it getting cluttered with hundreds of runs. There really isn't that much more pull, the 0-100 is a bit faster yes, I flipped it for a lower speed and moved 7th to the left a bit more to get the proper top speed. I then proceeded to edit 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd, I didn't expect it to be easy to believe, I get that it seems far fetched but I can assure you it's legit, I ran the car really early in the morning and couldn't find my camera so I messaged someone the stats and went on Skype to show a few people my settings sheet, that is when I found my camera and took a pic of my 8.889 run but then I ran a few more times and got 8.889 followed by two 8.886's and then I quit because I got really tired and wanted to go to bed. I ran it after I installed the update by the way. Nice time on that LMQ of yours by the way

But whatever I tried to do with the lambo didn't work out for me as far as a stretched tranny goes, then Pro_Tunes enlightened me. 7th geat stretched out by more than 2-3 clicks just loses the pull and that is why I don't get about your Aventador. I'll try to retune mine as I think I might have gotten onto something... Thanks

I've read up on some old threads and from what I read the retro launch didn't work on Indy that's why karo was never that fast when it came to online racing, I'll have to hunt this thread down again, might take some time to find it but hopefully it's still around somewhere, I've also heard this stated in person by multiple people, don't remember there PSN ID's but I remember hearing this. I highly doubt that anyone besides the 3 or 4 people wanting it at this time want to go back and re-tune every single car that they own for a retro launch, I'm just curious as to why anyone wants to do it. Also, every time I've actually came across a timed launcher online everyone complains about it (not me, I don't even really notice and just assume I'm getting treed, until it happens like 20 times in a row with the same car). Even if retro launching does work online it's really not going to prove anything, I also always here people complaining about the leaderboard being all timed launch times, I have a few names in mind that have said that but I wont state them here. I think what we need is a good old black screen launch leaderboard so people wont have to argue about it anymore, we can also have a separate leaderboard for retro launching and all that other stuff as well. Just look at the issues it's starting to cause already and we're only talking about it. This is just my opinion and thoughts on this situation, I say if you go ahead and allow retro launching then we should have separate leaderboards, just like the hacking leaderboard that is separate from this one. I don't see an issue with that, this way you can do it your way and everyone else can do it their way. I think this is fair, what do you guys think?

Janco i cba for breaking it by .001 so stfu but don't take to heart see i luv u still even tho like dream00 u can be a pain to beat at leaderboard. I mean all this time you just keep getting in my way. I'll overclock my ps3 see if it helps

Janco, you'd need to time launch at a different rpm to have 1.69 Gs. You could do it with or without a wing but likely nothing else would change (0-60, 0-100, etc.) other than the G-force. That still happens with some cars up to date, like the R34 for me. But I run a little bit of an un-traditional suspension on some of my AWD cars so that may possibly be the reason why my R34 can change G-Force with same 1/4 time.

That method when you do a shorter flip but extend the last gear actually works but it's hard. You have to get the right gear ratios to compensate for the short flip so the car doesn't take a dump in the later gears. I've tried it on a decent amount of cars and only succeeded on a few.
