NHRA Drag Racing League!

Who wouldn't want to drag a Midget? =P

I'm kickstarting this baby off tonight. 8pm EST, Dodge Challenger SRT8 vs Chevrolet Camaro SS '10 BONE STOCK complete with a full race report tomorrow. Add me if you haven't yet. Anyone on the members list is required to attend. Get your cars, customize but DO NOT UPGRADE. No wings or aero, no oil change or rebuild.




We will also be running Class 4 cars, bring your replica cars or other midly build cars to run. Drag slicks are not permitted without consent from me.

I might be able to attend as i'm busy today. I was thinking about it, and i'm on SS if I can make it.
EDIT: I'm bringing my Roush Mustang, ZL1, and any other that I find along the way. And what's drag slicks? I'm broke lol :lol:
 
I will also be assigning cars to those how do not register for them. I'll take the Challnger.
 
Alright. I'll take the Challenger on this one. Looks more of a challenge to tune. It's heavier, and less hp :lol:

Haha. It's pretty even I think. Maybe slightly heavier though but both do 5.5 0-60.

Yeah, I'll get mine out. Max 450 hp, right? And no weight reductions whatsoever. I can tune the tranny though, right?

Oh wait, Could I use the BMW M3?!?!

Tonight is mild only builds. No transmission, LSD, downforce, suspension or brake tuning allowed. Engine only builds please. POWER LIMITING IS PROHIBITED. Real life builds. Basic stuff, intake, sports filters, mild exhaust and the occasional supercharger. Power output must be like real life. The occasional 375hp car here, 430hp car there. Keeps the variety and plays like IRL. DO NOT MAKE EVERY CAR HAVE 450HP.
 
Stinks that..... nevermind, I'll check the NCD later. Was gonna watch drag racing NHRA on ESPN and saw that it was the X Games instead :lol:

But the thing is David, we did that for the Stock drags, and look where that brought it. I don't think it's gonna make much of a difference.
