NISM0_SKYLINE's Gallery: Random Stuff

Excellent panning on the SLS, shame the sun wasn't on your side.

I know, I was on the fence about posting or not because of the washout. The look of the wheels and majority of the car looking good was the factor that made up my mind.

There were some nice macro images on the first page, but I need a new camera, my Canon Powershot is nice, but I need a camera thats 1080P and has manual focus, not these stupid setting you have to choose from (I have ways of making my camera focus manually put it is a pain in the 🤬 )

Nice pictures you updated, they look pretty awesome and the composition is also good. 👍

Just about all mine were with a powershot too. I just put it in the close up mode and held it right up to it. It was a hit and miss way, but some came out good.

Thank you! Most pictures I take I don't really plan, so it's always nice when it all come together.

Nice set dude. The Gumball SLR is fantastic 👍

Thank you again. I think the SLR and J.Clay helmet are two of my favorites.

From now on I should be updating sets that are of the same event/place. Since I lost just about the whole first page of pictures due to a computer failure, I started over with all new pictures and wanted to share them. But now the updates won't be a mess of random events. I'm leaving for California Saturday and will be attending Barrett-Jackson and the Cars and Coffee in LA. Plus California as a whole will be good, so expect more to come over the next few weeks.

Well some pictures from California. I'm pretty pleased with the car ones, but some of the city shots I'm not really feeling.

I used my screw on Wide Angle lens at the Cars and Coffee and found out that if I took a close up shot portrait it came out pretty cool.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get photos from Flickr in here. Am I missing someith really obvious or something?

Click on the picture to get to a page that has the "Share this" dropdown, click "Grab the HTML/BBCode" then the BBCode option, click the code in the box, copy and paste.

I love the Chevy Drag picture but I'm a sucker for nostalgia looking pictures.

Great set, really enjoyed them. 👍

I also like the last one the best, the car looks almost out of control, very "beasty" shot.
I like the editing on all of them, too bad about that something (what was that?) on the lower left corner on the 2nd pic.

Thank you.

I really didn't edit them too much since I have my camera set up with some contrast and stuff when I take the picture, those are pretty much as is! I think that's someone shoulder or head since the Funny Cars had a huge crowd around them so it was tricky shooting around people.

I finally got to a 24 Hours of LeMons race this weekend after reading about it for the past few years. If you've never heard of it before, it's basically a 24 hour race with cars that cost less then $500. It sounds stupid, it is stupid, but it was one of the most fun races I've ever been too.

This guy was quick, even with Santa

Yes, it's an Alfa dressed up to look like an F40, kinda.

This Lancia was just sitting in the paddock all day.

I really want to compete in this one day, and I'm really jealous you got to go see it. It's brilliant. I end up looking on eBay or locally for cars sometimes.

Good job on the shots too, I think I like the Alf...er...F40 shot the best.

Yeah, what are you talking about?! It looks exactly like an F40. I'm surprised it was allowed to compete.

This Lancia was just sitting in the paddock all day.

Mm. Gorgeous - and so very rare. I remember one being for sale in the newspaper here and the ad ended with "The only Lancia Delta Integrale in Canada".

The Alfarrari shot is my favorite one too. LeMons is really fun to go to and very lax on safety. We were right next to the cars while they were pitting. The best parts were when the driver were doing their own gas, and 10 feet away a crew member would be smoking. And yes, it happened more then once.

I was surprised that a Lancia would show up to such an odd race, but I guess that's racing fans.

That Lancia shot is awesome. Your photography has progressed a lot! Really nice stuff 👍

Thanks! The more I look the Lada and the Mazda aren't too special, I just wanted to show them to people .

Absolutely stunning photos NS! 👍

Thank you!

 "666". Great shot 👍

That Integrale looks damn sweet, usually I only see them in red. Nice photo!

The Santa car was awesome. You could see the head all over the place just whipping around corners, he was quick too.

I'm glad the Integrale came out as good as it did. It was so random seeing it sitting there, but I'm glad I did.

Came across this Pick Up today while out about.....well car hunting really. Just kind of took a picture, but for some reason I really like it.

it is because it's pretty good, but a bit overcooked. A bit more saturation and a lot less brightness will do wonders for it.

plenty neat. Photoshop out the cable coming out the nostrill and give the "automobili Lamborghini" to the right a bit more light and it's all set.
