I'd say don't.
It's an off roader; I don't know what you're planning to do with it, whether a full resto or a restomod or a full off road build. Whatever the choice, think of the parts. You already have two Nissans and I'm sure you've gone through the headache of finding parts for your cars, and/or having to fab them yourself.
Yes, it's a unique opportunity, and a unique car itself. However do you really need another build? If you buy the car, it's going to the back burner until the 510 is done. You can't fully focus on the build because you have your other two projects.
On to the car itself, the shell doesn't seem healthy to me. Then again I can't say that unless I actually see the car itself. However I'm looking at the pics and I think of all the fab work needed, and the paint, and... it's already giving me a headache
. Then there's the master cylinder problem. Yes your 510 had the same description, but you got lucky. Maybe you won't be as lucky with this one. Maybe there'll be other problems with the engine: a seized block; blown gasket; cracked block; missing oil pan, etc.
Don't. I know you're really considering it, but don't. You already have two projects. Save your money, yes $2500 might not seem like a lot but save it.
That's my attempt to talk you out of it.
