Ferarri, I do apologise if you took my post the wrong way. Read it in an optimistic tone. I was just trying to educate you a little bit so you understood that speed test times weren't everything... What I am saying is just my take on it, my opinion, its not fact and others might disagree.

it sounds like what i want to say to every guy that asks me for a tune but i dont want to waste my breath on them. not saying thats how it was to ferrari but.

I feel the same way. I was actually considering just editing the whole post out and just leaving it as a "Just keep trying bro" lol... Glad I didn't because you quickly see how people really are. He even admitted earlier he 'messed' with his tune and got it slower and slower. His own fault for not saving a set-up B or C.

Thanks for the help but I'm trying to tune the trans by my self... I learned how to do all the other stuff but I'm having a lot of trouble with the trans even with the tune you sent me I'm getting 8.977 to 9.011 I followed all the steps as you stated and my max top speed is 210 mph... To everyone but mainly kraig I'm really sorry for annoying you guys

And kraig I deleted you because I had to make room for other trades (fr) and I didn't what to annoy you for help

I read the drag forums for the gtr consistently, When i ask for help i ask for direction not someones tune as you stated you dont learn that way, But it makes me sick to see people who get help from some of the best drag tuners, be ignorant of the fact that you guys have put hours and hours of work in these tunes. I'm sorry that people are not appreciative enough of what you do and the help you give. Thank you from me for the help and guidance. Your work is appreciated by many. Again thank you gentlemen.

That is not possible and i stated why man
Everyone in here can do 0-60 1,76s and almost all the people at 8,9xx
even Karo hit that time.How you can do 1,73 its a weird thing
 
That tune must really fall flat on its face after 60 mph....odd isn't it? Karo has faster 0-100. E-cheat launch ? Someone already discovered a way to do it while keeping g's looking legit. Just a theory

This was so obvious and he's a noob
Remember the time everyone showed a fast time and couldnt prove it with a tune.Then we discovered that they used to tune a car and played such without noticing if SRF was on cause Gs were same as other.
 
GTR should be tuned without wing in this case, but then we'd need a pic which shows car and times.

Its good to know that there are some people appreciative of the help the best tuners give out. I am as well. if it werent for reading the guides that are stickied i wold probable still be 0.100 or more in some cases slower than I am now. Even if the OP is willing to give up rare paints and cars he will not get someones fastest tunes. The team Im in, Hydro, gives out detailed lessons for chrome paint so.....
Also if you get a tune that runs 9.915 or lower at SSRX it most likely wont be like that at Indy. Diffrent grip, slightly shorter, and at SSRX those last few milliseconds come from a higher speed in the end rather than a hard launch.

All right gentlemen in ssrx i run a 8.914 but in indy i feel like i have way more grip i burn out through 1st to 3rd, as i am learning to tune drag i dont want to change my suspension set up, should i look at my Lsd setting or i need to look at my suspension set up for indy. Any help greatly appreciated. And please gentlemen dont give the answer. Please direct me in a direction to go. thanks gentlemen.
 
hey nismo, well your time is VERY fast, and your lsd honestly does not make a difference, only if you turn or if you make a correction going down the drag strip in which case you want it at 60/60/xx because the brakes dont matter. my black edition burns in first but as soon as i hit second it stops, but this also may be due to my having a wing on it possibly? other than that i would suggest you take a look at your spring rates and dampers as those could affect weight transfer and how much your car spins, if im correct. i perfer to run max in front and back but also have a tune with the front max and the rear minnimum, and it runs well aslo.
 
No wing, i dont use any aero on my gtr, As for the lsd help thank you, i run max spring rates front and back but i didnt think about my dampers thank you i can start there. its frustrating to see gtrs fly off the line with no wheel spin and run slower then me but win. i take into account ghost lag and being treed and i know im not the only one who feels that way. I Notice the guys with little to no wheel spin have a weaker 4,5,6 gear where i have a weaker 1,2,3rd have you noticed that? And thank you again for the help One more thing any thoughts on aero should i try on my gtr?

i try max aero personally, another difference could be if your transmission is flipped or not. if not it may have more wheel spin due to a harder launch vs a flipped transmission thats has more pull. maybe some time this weekend we can run and see.
