i have recently acquired the Nissan R92CP fully tuned from a friend of mine as a gift, to do the GT All Stars race ('high rpm turbo' @ 1060bhp), and although it is a very quick car when driven at a controlled pace, it is incredibly hard to drive quickly, with horrible oversteer when accelerating out of corners, or even in a straight line at times, but at the same time it understeers midly into some corners, too. even with traction control at 5, this is!
it's so bad out of corners that the opposition can get away from me very quickly when exiting some high-speed corners (i.e. the final corners of Grand Valley Speedway or Deep Forest), where i know that if i do accelerate, by rear end will be uncontrollable! because of it, they gain so much time on me
is this just loss of traction because of the sheer power/light weight of the car, causing a loss of grip at the back end?
has anyone else experienced these problems with the car?
does anyone have a set-up to reduce these effects of the car?
thanks a lot
