don't you just hate that!

I'm hoping I can make my plate DRG DLR (drug dealer) since I'll be a pharmacist. I cant wait to try and explain that one to the officer that pulls me over.

I read about a guy who brought over a Skyline for use in the Pikes Peak hill climbes, and he didn't have to legalize it.

On a side note, two importers specifically told me that "your car will not leave the boat unless the proper legalization requirements have been addressed before the car reaches port".

I think that if you declare that it will be for of road use only, as in for a race track or something then it's ok. I'll check with RB motoring and see what they say.

Ok i suppose this has been asked a thousand or more times in this forum, but im a little too busy to browse through 31 pages of posts so ill jsut ask it again,

when is this bad boy suppose to come out in the usa, will it have the same power as the japaneese model, and also whats the suggested retail on this thing when it does come out?

you can buy one in the USA through www.motorex.net or www.rbmotoring.com the new model should be out in 2007 with about 400 bhp, hopefully it will ahve the same stats as the Japanese one but we usually get screwed somehow. Right now there is no price figure but they will try to make it "affordable"

thanks dude, i cant w8 to get one;D hopefully they aitn too bad...i like the stiling on the r34 best tho..along with hundreds of ppl probably

When you sell a car, you have the choice of having a reserve. A reserve is a set price that you want for the car.

If I sell my car at an auction with a reserve of $40,000 and you bid $39,000 my car would not sell. The reserve price most of the time is not known to the buyer.

ok 2 more questions, what shoudl i type in on google to search for skylines and also, how much is the insuranc eon one of these things gonna cost?

Type Nissan Skyline, and then at the top of the list, click on Highest priced.

Insurance will depend on your age, income, and driving history.

skylineGTR_guy might know what a "rough" estimate would be..

Skylines are insured as custom cars in the us, so it is insured based on what you value it at. Needless to say the more you value it at the more it will cost to insure. Age and driving history have a big impact too.
