Nitrous not working

Hey guys, I bought the nitrous system in the “extreme” shop and have it on my Audi R8.
It is NOT showing up when I’m racing even though I have it activated in my car setup. I have tried assigning different control keys to use it but nothing works. The nitrous guage isn’t showing up on my display or anything. It simply doesn’t appear to be installed or working at all.
What can I do?
I’m playing on a PS5. Thanks!!!!

This would suggest it's either not installed, not selected, or you're not taking part in an actual race (or, if I recall correctly, are in a race with no fuel consumption) - nitrous is disabled other than in races (with fuel consumption).

Dude that was it. I’m stupid and didn’t know about the “actual race” detail. I entered one and it worked like a charm. Thanks for your help!!
