No grip and uncontrollable

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong as I'm fedup and beyond frustrated with ACC.

No matter what car setup and settings I use in ACC. The car is unstable and turning feel like I'm on an ice rink.

When I play Iracing, AC, project car 1 and 2 or raceroom everything just works and I'm on pace. But when I get back to ACC it feels like the first time I'm trying out sim racing.

I run a T300rs wheels with pedals on PC window 10. I tried all the the wheel settings in the game and windows. Updated and recalibrated the the wheel. I tried all the setting and even set settings aggressively just to try and get some effect. But the car does not stick and it behaves like a floating balloon on ice.

I have copied car settings where guys on youtube takes easy corners flat out. Where I had to the physically break in the easy high speed corner that a first time sim racer can do with no skills with their super settings. At this point the setting they provide I feel is fake or bogus. As the standard settings or my own tuning let's me take the corner flat out..but other so called sim expert setups is nonsense.

Does anybody experienced this before or know what I can recheck? As the cars is undrivable and just spins out for no reason where it feels like I'm driving with a keyboard.

I can understand if it's my first time driving but it's not and I only experience this with acc. Like it rejects my wheel and settings.

I tried different styles of driving. Acceleration and braking but no luck.

Any advice would be appreciated cause I'm at the point wher I'm losing my cool with ACC as a wheel barrow has more grip at this time.

Thanks

Sounds to me like you are constantly locking the tyres during braking.

It's not a setup thing - just grab the default stable setups and you can drive perfectly fine. Are you using in-car ABS/TC in their stock settings on each car, are you using any assists?

My problem is Coming out of corners as I can't get power down and the moment a bit of power is added. The car spins out. Even if I twinkle toe the throttle it's like you a put your foot down on accelerator like a crazy man. If I did then yes. I know take it slower cause your suppose to spin. But not at barely touching the throttle.

I went to my settings as saw my stability in setting is off. I bumped it up to about 60% and now the problem is kinda fixed.

What is a good % to set for stability?

I played around with the ABS/TC and did not had too much effect but seems after putting the stability on it has better effect I can see.
