no more Thrustmaster support?

Hi,

my wheel (T300RS) is dead, it doesn't calibrate, no more ffb.

I sent emails to thrustmaster support per online-form https://support.thrustmaster.com/de/contact-de/, 17 days ago, but didn't reached any response, only automated answers that they will contact me shortley. I also can't reach them by phone, there is only a recorded message that I should call later because "all agents aren't available".

Does anyone know what has happened, are they still alive? How to contact them?

I tried calling and it seems to be more responsive.

I got response within 3 days every time. Try calling or via social media they seem much more responsive.

maybe that's only a problem here in germany? They offer a 0800-servicephonenumber which is free of charge, but there is always the recorded message. I can't find another number.

Emails to the german serviceaccount didn't respond.

Has anyone a working number or mailadress?
