No Pre-order redeem codes?

i pre ordered via gamestop here in germany. got the game on friday, no problems. both codes for the precision & turbo packages were included on the receipt. been trying to enter them since yesterday morning but they aren't working. called gamestop, they said it's a problem with sony...

Finally got somewhere. Managed to get through on the phone, the games arrived without the codes and codes should be emailed out soon

Actually screw that. Still have no codes ( for toque pack, 1million and psn+ ) and am finding it impossible to get through to gamestop. Sent several emails, and called many a time, and nothing. Not impressed!
And jedi, 15th came with a large car pack, paints and racing gear.
