Noob Needs Help Pleez

I have heard alot of different answers so i decided to join and to ask some pro's ...... can a wheelie be done in this game??

some say yes and some say no ... so I have no idea whats the truth ....


is it possible to do a wheelie and if so what kinda car and setup will I need .... I have been saving tons of money so price is no option ......
