The fanboys (not necessarily the OP) defended the GT5 inconsistencies and the disaster DLC by the physics, which were so good and so much better than Forza's. Ironic that those same physics would now be a reason not go back to GT5. Double ironic as a number of reviews state the new physics are now on par with Forza's.
Wait, Deltawing is Nissan right. Kinda disappointing since its an nissan sponsored demo and all we get for the last event is the GT3 Schulze GTR which is theoretically no different than the other GTR Schulze's.
GT5 hasn't interested me much for about a year, and it's because the game never became what I wanted it to be.
for me i didint notice much difference visually between gt5 and gt academy. silverstone looked great but i hated the nissan, way too much understeer for me and struggled to race with it myself. then again i always found lm race cars and formula cars much easier to race with as opposed to road cars but each to thier own eh?
The visually difference between gt5 and GT academy was not much because gt5 already pushed ps3 to the max graphically, simple as that. The new suspension model is great but this implies that exists much more weight transfer then in gt5 consequentially more under steer and if you have all the assists turned down and you have a car RWD, you can power slide much easier than gt5 without even pull the handbrake because I tried and is just great. GT6 gameplay will be much improved from gt5. It's normal to have under steer in a roadcar when going into a corner.
