Notification for network downtime?

PSN / Gran Turismo have just gone down. Does anyone know how to set up a notification by email or an app to a phone when downtime is detected? Basically, an email notification hooked up to: https://status.playstation.com/en-GB/

I think UK is down. My internet is fine.

Ugh, it turned out to be at my end and probably due to crappy Virgin Media Superhub. I never have this problem, but this time what was needed was to go back to the main menu then do a Network test. and everything was ok.

Still, I'd like one of these push notifications anyway.

Uk has been working fine for me. Did my daily miles for now and now my missus is on the PS4.

Yeah my bad, on my PS4 it looked like regular downtime, and then eventually a simple Network test got me back online. Which never normally happens.
