Caution Procedure
(Full Caution)
At moment of caution called PITS CLOSE and leaders race back to line. Once leaders have crossed line they will slow to pace speed. Once all cars a caught up then pits will open for LEAD LAP ONLY, on second lap ALL CARS CAN PIT. If lap down cars don't pit after the second lap then they may claim there wave around/lucky dog. (Road Courses ONLY) Line up in grip positions and wait for next minute then go at the next minute selected to restart the race. (Ovals Tracks ONLY) Line up single file on outside lane, cars can pass on the OUTSIDE LANE before the start/finish line. (Daytona, Motigi, and Indy - Right side. Route-X Left side.)

(Quickie Caution)At moment of caution called PITS CLOSE and leaders race back to line. Once leaders have crossed line they will slow to pace speed. Once all cars a caught up then pits will open for ALL CARS ONLY. This would be used to save time and use less laps under caution.

Rules

Section 1 -
Starts - (Ovals/Road Course) The initial start is double file until restart box or line. No passing anyone in your lane on the inside before the start/finish line, Ex. your in the 3rd row and get a better run on the car in front so you go to his inside before you cross the start/finish line on a start. This will be served by doing a drive through the pits without stopping (resetting yourself in the pits), under caution it would be served by going to the tail end of the longest line. You can pass someone to the outside of your lane if the don't go.

Section 1.1
- Restarts - (Ovals) A restart of a oval will be single file. The leader will go at the start/finish line or restart box. You can not pass to the inside of the car in front of you until you cross the start finish line. The leader can be in any lane but could get passed on the outside so you should stay to the outside.(Don't Kyle Busch the start either)

Section 1.2 - Restarts - (Road Courses) All drives will drive up to the grids and park in there proper grid position. Once cars are set we wait until the next minute, at the next minute we race of the grid and its green. If you jump the start (go before the next minute) the start will be waved off and drivers will go 1 more lap and the person who jumped will go to tail end of longest line and make another attempt of the grid start, under caution it would be served by going to the last place grid position.

Section 1.3 - Cautions - When caution is called all drivers will race back to line. once crossed the start/finish line drives will slow to pace speed. once all lead lap cars are caught up to leader, pit will open for lead lap cars only (Unless quickie caution). On the second lap ALL cars may pit. if lap down cars don't pit they may receive a wave-around (If all leaders pit), and first car one lap down will receive lucky dog (If not caused caution).

Section 1.4
- Finishing - Once all cars have crossed the start/finish line then if you are a lap down you can not pass ANYONE. Ex. the leader is in front of you and just finished the race and you cross the line so you have finished the race, so you can't pass then. There will be no penalties, it just keeps the scoring correct.

Section 2 - Tuning (Ovals) - All oval races (Daytona, Indy, Route X, and Motigi) is open tune. You can tune everything, the only restriction is 759HP (607PP), so 89.4% on the Power Limiter. (Oil Change)

Section 2.1 - Tuning (Road Courses) - All road races are open tuning. (NO OIL CHANGE)

Section 2.2 - Tires - All Racing compounds are available (RH, RM, RS, I, W). Only select tracks will have a rain variable. You may choose on what tires you want (Recommended: RS).

Section 3 - Track Boundaries (Ovals) - For Daytona/Route X you can NOT pass under the yellow line. For Motigi and Indy you can NOT pass under white line. If you advance your position under the line you can return it before the next corner, if not retuned it will be served by a drive-thru penalty (Tail end of longest line under a caution).

Section 3.1 - Track Boundaries (Road) - All road courses passing is allowed when on the racing surface,(4 tires on asphalt of curb, curbs count as track surface)
If you advance your position off the track you can return it before the lap, if not retuned it will be served by a +10 sec to +60 sec (Tail end of longest line under a caution).

Section 3.2 - Track Boundaries (Oval) - No passing under yellow line. If you advance your position you have till the end of the lap to return the position. If not retuned it will be served by a +1 Lap (Tail end of longest line under a caution).

Section 4
- Race Distance (Oval) The race distance will be either the scheduled lap distance or the 2 hour time limit.

Section 4.1 - Race Distance (Road) The race distance will be either the scheduled lap distance or the 1 and a half hour time limit.

Section 4.2 - Race Distance when we hit the time limit the final lap has begun and when you cross the line after the time limit the race is complete. All drivers got caution pace for 1 lap when I record the order and that will be the finishing order. Then you may back out or finish for the credits.

Section 5 - Rain (Oval/Road) If there is rain in qualifying and the surface water hits 1% there will be a competition caution. Lap will not be announced so drives can't pit the lap before. If there will be a competition caution it will be announced before the race and there will be NO REFUELING before the caution, you may take tires or fix damage. There will be a caution or red flag if conditions are to dangerous to run. At 60% surface water the race will be red flagged no matter what, but it could be called earlier.

Section 6 - Lap Cars (Oval/Road) All lap down cars will have 1 lap to move out of the way for a near (relatively close) lead lap car. Lapped cars will be notified.
