I've always found the Supra kind of ugly. Going by GT2 I'd have to give the edge to the RX-7. I found the Viper less troublesome the the NSX.

Well I quit reading at about page 8, but here's my quables and whatnot, of what I read ;) Well, first I'll say I'd go for the RX7. The other cars are awesome, but I'm a small, nimble-car type of guy. I'm also hardcore Mazda, and without spending loads of $$$, the 3rd gen. RX is my dream car. But, onto my issues with some of you :P .

Streetracer-
Hondas are terriable so no on the NSX.

I'm no Honda-boy, but I HATE it when people jump down other cars throats, for absolutely no reason. Are you trying to compare an NSX to a Civic, which you probably just don't like because there are so many of them out there? (your old civic doesn't count) Honda's are good cars, and NSX's are awesome, hands down. If you want to go by what you do in your Chevy vs Ford thread, then the NSX is dang good as well.

can't remember who posted this-
A good deal's a good deal, but ever since the movie came out, prices skyrocketed on those two cars in particular, so I'm surprised you did. Off the topic, I want to get a Dodge Stealth R/T. I love that car for some reason.

The Stealth and 3000GT ARE the same car, with basically just some slight asthetic differences. While it's a great car, it's also a large brick, in terms of handling-even with their VR4 crap. Personally, I like the body-lines of the stealth over the 3000 though.

PunkRock-
or get just one and spend the money left on a new engine in about 6 months... (trust me, the old man owns one...)

That's mis-information. Did your dad get it brand new or used, because RX7's are not for the typical person who's just gonna drive it to the grocery store and back. My bet is you got one used, that had issues upon your fathers taking ownership. If taken care of and run correctly, they can actually be very reliable, and engines be good for 120k+

Somthing that was left out of this thread was if it was between the real cars, or ones off GT. Since this is an automotive forum, I took it to be the real cars, and thus, am not going by any preferences in regards to the game.
peace,
