Looks like drama-kyd might be joining us especially after last night. Both DK and I worked on a tune together and on the last race we both did a low 2'19 lap - DK thinks a mid 2'18 is possible. Get ready fellas!

What is your tire compound and weight? Geez, I ran some laps last night and only managed 2'21.4 as a low lap. Geez, either I am far off or you got something more than me.

I can't exactly remember those pieces but I think it was S2/S2, minimum power, and adjust weight to 550PP. The real beauty is in the rest of the tune.

Looks like I'll be on the track...TONIGHT

:D

PS3 should be arriving any minute

FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! See you out there!

lin probably meant with draft.

Yes, with a good draft I think you are right - mid 2'18 is possible.

Yeah me too, I got those things.. Alight then, I can see a 2'20 lap pretty easy. But a low 2'19 would be a time trial lap lol..

Great news Earth. I hope to see you tonight then.

DK, Lin, would you mind If I did some runs with you guys tonight at Suzuka? I wanna see where Blitz's tune is at compared to you.

my best lap last night was 2'20.655 while in the lead, with a few mistakes. theres a bit more tuning to be done, i'd say low 2'20s, timeattack will be in the 2'19s i'm sure.

Dude! You let him off the hook too soon! Probably a good thing though, given Chad's drive he might have actually worked all day on this and gotten into the 2'18s. :)

My best lap last night was a 2'20.8xx with my own tune which still needs a bit of work. Thank the maker that timeattack is in the OrangeR cup.

I'm doing some tuning on the Tamora...I'll report back in a few. This is a awfully strange car to set up in terms of meeting the PP requirement. It's going to be interesting to see what combo works best with this car. More weight and a stickier tire, or less weight and a harder tire...

I'm going to have to get this thing dialed in by today though 👍 I'm doing the round 2 ROC race on Saturday as well and still have yet to get any seat time with the NSX :scared:

Edit: I got my tune dialed in pretty well. My best lap after doing roughly 10 laps is a 2'19.476. A 18 should definately be in reach with more practice though 👍 I think the tune is going to be an important factor, so make sure your tunes are dialed in :)

I don't think it's all that bad with the right tune :sly: It's not going to put in the fastest laps ever, but at least with the current tune I have it feels nicely balanced and tossable 👍 I also enjoy the sound more than a lot of cars in the game...it's a nice change from the tractor sounding Clio

Anyone down for some practice?

Can I join this championship? Is it too late?

You are here 3 hours before the deadline so you are good to go

However, you will be in the clubman cup. CWR is also in the clubman cup and usually hosts all the races.

He has some sort of weird internet that requires you to dmz your PS3 or you cannot connect to him

Do you know how to DMZ your PS3?

He is taken care of. I got him to DMZ a while back

Can I still get in on that last slot in Clubman? GTP_CANES51 👍

IDK WTF DMZ PS3 means :)

I would say you are in Clubman for sure. See you tonight.

Demiliterized Zone = DMZ. If you are running your PS3 through a router, you must DMZ the PS3's IP. What DMZ does is puts your PS3 in front of the firewall your router has. Without it, when I host my connecton won't allow you because it doesn't know who you are or what you are trying to do, so my connection blocks you. If your PS3 is DMZ'ed my connection knows who you are and allows you to have fun with me in a race.

Read about DMZ:

You are in. Both OrangeR and Clubman are filled, 16 drivers exceeds my greatest expectation.

In my case I give the PS3 internet through a wireless router. To DMZ my PS3 I simply found the IP number of my PS3 by going to it's Network Settings > Settings and Connection Status List, then I logged into my router by typing my router's IP address into my PC's internet browser.

After logging in with my username and password I clicked on the "firewall" tab. I found something about DMZ and it asked for an IP address. I gave it the IP address of the PS3 and clicked save and I was done.

1st race: 2nd

2nd race: 5th

3rd race: 5th (I think, I didn't get a good look at the finishing order, so correct me if I'm wrong anybody).

4th race: 5th
