Just tune it the same way as you would to a GTR '12. There very identical. And make sure you break in all your cars before you tune them cuz they lack alot of power.

Im going to give out the GTR 12 (Black Edition) tune out for anyone thats struggling with it and cant get a decent time on it. Its a SSRX tune but it works for the Indy as well.
Suspension:
-20/40
20.0/17.0
1/10
6/7
1/1
0.0 Camber
0.0 Toe
Tranny:
Set Final around 3.455-3.500
Take top speed all the way left
6th All the way right
Final all the way left
1st All the way left (widest)
2nd Try to keep close to 1st
3rd Play with it
4th Play with it
5th All the way right
6th All the way right
1st gear launch.

What exact final do we set it at before we take down the top speed

I'm not gona give you my best tune. It's a base till u get the feel of the tranny and suspension. You gota take your time on.

Your top speed should be at 165 for the TC. Make first the widest it can go (take 1st left) And your 2nd gear should be close but not too much. Play with 3rd and maybe 4th but 5th and 6th should be shortest possible (take it right) & use the same suspension i put up. And if your still getting a bad time, it means your not shifting at the right time.

mines a 8.785 and my top is at 167

I think instead of noobs copying tunes, they should use this as an example of how to set up different cars, suspension types, drivetrains types, etc.

This is what makes you a good tuner and alot of tweaking.

instead of copying down tunes, I have used you techniqes experimenting on different drivetrain classes in low and high HP cars with some good results. Im learning how to get the most out of low HP cars, and that it takes different suspension setups with some low HP cars compared to high HP cars.

new tuners need to study instead of copying if they really want to,become good at drag racing.


The tuning guides are also a wize to use.

Trial and error bro. That always helps. Experiment with every individual component.

well hey we gotta be hustling everyday. As far as others getting faster the pro's are getting faster also. Finding different ways to tune a car past its limit 👍
