Nurburgring Nordsfordcliffe timed challenge 75,000CR.

I played a little with parts, i swapped the sport suspension and sport manifold for sport exhaust and monodisc clutch and added a small rear wing.

Total Budget 73,650Cr

I would have pursued the sub 7 lap, but my girl is constantly sending txt msgs anoying the hell out of me.

EDIT: Are wings allowed?

yes wing are fine no areo parts are in the budget

My BHP: 334 and weight: 1415kg
That's for my Audi time

Are we able to choose another car or do we keep the one car that we have and try get as much out of it as possible?

i would like it if you used the same car but there is nothing stopping you from using a different one so go ahead if you wish

going to try this.

why are wings not included in the 75,000cr limit, seems ridiculous to have basically free performance in this little challenge and is based around how much performance can you get for under a certain price.

imo tires and wings need to be included in the under 75,000cr price in this game

the tuning section you have to pay for but gt auto you don't have to simple

i included wing price in mine.

ok thats fine i'll post your second lap time as soon as i get it
Maybe just replace their old car with the new one, so you can keep trying but only have the one time. Chances are your first choice of car is gonna suck.

Cant wait to try this challenge by the way. Do we have to provide proof of our time?

I made a simple spreadsheet that keeps track of my installed parts, and adds their price to the cost of the car.

Usage is rather simple, just put the data on your car manually on the yellow cells, add the car price to the subtotal cell, then on the "yes/no" cells, there will be a list to choose if the part it's installed and it will automatically add to the total budget.

If anyone wants to use it, here it is

actually it cuts out ALL of your favourite standard cars ;)
Not quite, plenty of favourite standards already cost over £75k.
Aha, pedantry escaped! :D

The premium RA Impreza is damn fast...sadly I'm not fast on the board with it!
Technically we could RM it under the "anything in GT Auto" is free rule...but I think that's against the spirit of the law ;)

Probably because using Standards can cause some issues with price (although there is a fairly easy way to find out prices, provided people don't lie about their original mileage).

Also, if you're using 75,000 Credits as your ceiling, that opens the floor up to the ZZII, which would almost surely win the entire thing :P

Production car though :P ZZII counts as conceptual.

Yes , the TK ZZII would be dominant.
Also I imagine OCD cars at half prize , would do well.

As you said , the car values can be counted based on the car mileage.
If it was allowed , running 5000 km extra on the odometer would lower the car value basicly just by few hundred to few thousand Cr.

Best cars for budget challenges are normally cars that offer good performance and come with high mileage.
(not the 300000 km cars thought , they are better suited for PP based challenges)

This I have to try. Have little experience driving without "racing soft" tires, so I need the practice. Imidiate thoughts are Mazda RX7, Audi TT, Silvia, but then my memory of carprices stops me.:)
