I couldn't find any thread dedicated to my favorite band(well, at least in top three), so here it is! Please feel free to discuss anything about the band here. Even the haters are welcome.
Oasis is finally releasing their new album, "Don't Believe The Truth" on May 30th. According to the NME.COM interview of Noel Gallagher, this is their best effort since their first album, "Definitely Maybe".

Their new single "Lyla", which is to be released on May 16, can be heard at their official site. Just click on the link, select "Launch Radio Supernova" on your left, then choose "album tracks" from the playlist.

I thought "Lyla" was pretty good, but then again, I'm somewhat biased. I've heard only this one track from the new album, but I'm really, really hoping it's an classic, like their stuff from the mid-90's(2 albums, countless excellent b-sides). Last three albums by Oasis has been mediocre to just good at best, so there is a lot riding on this album.
Edit: The release of "Don't Believe The Truth" in the U.S. is May 31st. According to bestbuy.com, there might be a double-disc version available(probably a bonus single CD).
