It may sound naive, but I HAVE to ask this: What is so good about the 0/0 cars? I dont get it as u can restore a car so it drives like its new. What is it about? Could not find an answer for this question...I know what 0/0/0 means, but what is the difference to a regular UCD car that can be restored?

I have all the cars with mileage, and can drive them so 0/0/0 was the next step of collecting after I got all the tickets. I would have to say the answer is the joy of collecting.
