Droptop Chick vs TankSpanker


Course - El Capitan (Reverse)
Cars - FR
Tires - N Types
Power - Under 350HP


Deadline: Monday June 16, 2005 at 11:55 PM. (so nobody is confused on the day)

Here are the judges for this challenge(subject to change):

Judges, let me know PRIOR to the deadline if you can't do it.

Your video must not contain your name, or any way to identify who's video it is (to promote fairness in judging).... Instead, use the number that has been assigned to you (via PM), by the head judge...

When you want to turn in your entries, please upload it to either Pergatory's FTP or 19XX's FTP or possibly Ryen's (or any FTP of your choice) and only give the head judge the link to the videos, and as soon as they are evaluated, the links will be made public to promote fairness in these challenges.

When the video is uploaded please PM the head judge [Swift] with the link of the video... and post in the thread that your video is uploaded so the judges will know to check there PMs...


The video must include the lateral G-meter, speedometer, T times, and lap time.

That doesn't sound too good. Well, looks like DT_C is prolly gonna whoop your @ss then (metaphorically spoken, of course). On the other hand, Tommy Mäkinen once won the Race of Chapions (against the best WRC drivers) while he had a 39°C fiever. So maybe that means that a true champion can fight even if though he's not feeling 100% fit? Well, only time will tell, i guess…

my S2000 GT1 has about 550 bhp and i still can´t get it exactly right but i´m practising

TS can do his run at his own pace. It's up to him to decide how it should be done. Sometimes not playing for a long time helps your drifting, you can get burned out on it quick...

heh, you're not kidding.
Gave it a few hours of practice 2 days ago and it didnt take long to get some good stuff happening. Still confident I have enough time to make a run I'm happy with if I make it a priority. 1 lap only takes a little over 2 mins to do.

most people don't drift a car with over 350 hp, some even like drifting them with their stock hp, even the trueno's. it also gives you more satisfaction knowing you can drift an underpowered car.

Try using standard tires.

I can tell you, if you 2 post your settings in the drift settings depot and request if someone could modifie them YOU WILL DRIFT THAT CAR UNDER 350BHP! 550BHP is sick, and you must have kept traction control on or something if you can get SUCH A POWERFULL CAR understeer lol
