Its amazing how much Eiger has changed. Also I think these videos are a pretty strong indication that we will get both rally and JGTC and rally in some form in GT5. Rally maybe be limited like it was in GT4 but I think it will at least be included. I also think that we will get a lot of cars from GT4 upgraded to GT5 standards, although without interior views. I think PD did such a great job researching and gathering data on cars that they had enough data from GT4 they just could not use all that data due to the limitation of the PS2. The interior views will be included on most cars but not all (concepts, fantasy cars, old cars, old race cars, rare cars, and then just some they did not get around to). I think when GT4 came out they had the ability to make GT5 quality models but had to scale everything back for the PS2. This would explain or at least make it easier to understand how they could make 600 cars even though each one takes over a month for each person to make. Give the recent track editor news/rumor/possibilities I think we will be able to change the surface of the track not the actual layout. By that I mean if I want Eiger to be a rally track I can change the ground from asphalt to dirt. This would be great with tracks like trial mountain. Anyways thats just my 2 cents.
