So to follow this up, apparently someone did buy it, just not in the US. It did however end up in a Seattle suburb for a short time though:

Like the article suggests, it seems odd they'd ship it out of the Port of Seattle instead of the Port of Los Angeles. I do wonder where it's headed though, I'd guess either Russia or Japan.

Dictators have good taste. Too bad many are such despicable people. We seem to have dictators of all races, white, black and asian.
