Sad but true I say all of The big Drag teams(GTWW,Precision,Hiboost,Tds) call out all the big Circuit teams :sly: Lets rage war upon them!!!!!!!!!!!:D im serious though

Sad to say but that isn't going to help because those teams don't care for us. On top of that you'd get slaughtered if you don't have a G27. If the steering is the same from gt5 there's no way of you winning. Plus they had a clutch feature which made them faster off the line and through the corners. I love circuit racing especially nurb but it wasn't fun racing some of the popular namesbecause they had a wheel and were cutting the corners a ccertain way in which they kept so quiet. You can run quick on the controller but it takes lots of time and patience.

Well we can organize it so that not only do we race there race they also race us on the strip and see 1st hand its not as easy as it looks when we slaughter them :sly:

I am Man_With_No_Hat, and I'd like to think I'm well known throughout the community as a better than average drag racer. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I've been told who you are (Iwinyoulooz, again correct me if I'm wrong) and I have never see you on the strip.

Again, you seem pretty quick to the defense. No one is attacking you, friend.

Just using your own logic. If I never heard of you, that must mean you're slow, right?

If you believe you have a faster car than these people "you've never heard of" you're more than free to challenge them :)

I never said the word slow.
There are plenty of fast people who don't partake in this.

Like I said, I'm pretty well known throughout the community... Maybe you've never heard of me because you're never on.

If I did challenge, and I somehow beat these incredibly fast folks, I'd be challenged and re-challenged. Besides, there is no point in trying to have the "fastest" car when you can't even time them.

Or because I'm mainly in friends only rooms with people whom I've been dragging with since 2011 and I know I can get good runs with. Don't know why you're trying to justify your credibility to me...

That's the whole point of racing, to get to the top and stay there. And this isn't a leaderboard for the fastest car, but the fastest people. Good tune and good tree are required to get to the top.
 
if you time your launch as close to a whole number as you can and pause right as you touch the finish line you can get a close time to what it would be with a proper timer

I run with ONLY "pros", and I've ran with all of TDS, all of (what used to be) Eclipse, and pretty much everyone I can think of. You seem to think I'm questioning YOUR credibility when I know who you are and how you run. I'm defending my credibility because you seem to be attacking it.


I guess I shouldn't have commented. I don't like the stress of having treed someone and them throwing a huge fit because "OMG I'm lagging that's BS" or some crap. So the idea of being challenged constantly by people who talk trash (90% of the drag community) doesn't please me.

And there is no "top", there never will be. You can always get beat by someone. I've won many comps just to be beaten in the finals of the next comp by the same person I just 2-0ed.





@harry2000, you can sorta time it that way, but it's not accurate really.
 
I know the majority of the people on this board and hardly any of them "talk trash". This isn't a honda room, people here want good runs and go retune when they lose.


This leaderboard is for people who think they're fast and willing to prove it. Until you start doing that there is no reason to keep on posting here.

You're never on. People don't talk trash on here because if they the mods will smack them down. But if you don't think that people will call you a cheater if you win, or say they are lagging or that you got a lag bump if they lose, I don't know what to tell you man. People talk a whole lotta garbage on the game.

Then you're hanging out in the wrong rooms. Even when I go into public lobbies hardly anyone throws the term "cheater" around or use the lag bump excuse. Then again I only go into no NOS/SRF rooms and stay far away from the FF scene.

That's why it's great to have a leaderboard like this to find new legit, friendly, fast people to race with and have a good time, isn't that why you bought GT6?

Hat just let it go bro! No need to continue this argument over were you stand in this community. We know who you are and how you run same goes for harry. I have run with him plenty of times and is by far one of the coolest people I have met throughout my drag scene days. Same goes for you we know you are a chill dude who does not like drama so let it stay that way. All you can do is look around and find him and run him in a friendly manner.

I'd rather cut my own arm off then go into a room full of noobs. Like I said, I ONLY run with "pros". You seem to assume I'm a scrub who runs with scrubs and it's starting to irk me. I don't run with idiots. I'm not a nobody.
I bought GT6 because I played GT5.

You are wrong on that my friend! I don't know about you but I have no issues with anyone online whether it's a pro room or not. It is what you make of it and sometimes people will irk you. It is up to you to let it be and not ensue an argument. I know you tend to get aggravated very easily which is sometimes a downfall but it's a game I think we can all agree on that.

You're right. You're right about perception and that I get angry too quickly. I've been trying to fix that, and people who ran with me months ago know I used to be much more chill than now... Stress man.
Even still, I'm on pretty good terms with most people.
