I've been getting more and more messages about this so I would like to make myself very clear.
You are free to challenge anyone you want on any board you want BUT that puts you at a distinct disadvantage. For example if I am from the US and I want to challenge someone on a European board I would have to go in a room that's hosted by a European and the ghost would have to be European. Only then will I have the spot should I win. Simply winning a race with a EU ghost is not sufficient.
Also you can claim up to 5 spots a week total, not 5 spots per leaderboard a week; so you cannot claim 5 spots on the US board and 5 spots on the EU board in a week.

As @VQPRO said, if we run we are going to do it legit, no lag switches and no cheating. I will not go into a rant about how or why people have caught you doing both in the past the point here is that it will not take place if you expect to run me, on top of that what @Harry6784 has said our runs will be off of a Euro ghost seeing as how it's for the Euro board.

With no disrespect intended, due to the current issues @Shells N Cheese is suggesting with @RAMPAGE1MONEY1 it might be best if you avoid being host and ghost.
My reasoning is that you are in the same team as shells, and it could be easy for rampage (if he lost) to suggest that there is some team ghost shenanigans going on.
Just worth mentioning if you want to avoid the drama.

Seems like this board is more about having the most spots then actually running for spots, and I gotta say being in the US and claiming EU spots is ignorant in my eyes. Rant over, claim on "top tuners"

That is a good point. But if that was the case, Rampage was on MMI as well. But I dont really mind either way. As long as they run in my opinion

My point here is why would we want to run cheaters? If you were in our shoes you'd see our point. To just get this out of the way now, I myself have caught you E-Cheating and countless others (who shall remain nameless) have caught you as well that's why you were kicked off of MMI, now this is a completely different story so if you'd like to talk about that then listen to my advice and send me a PM and we will discuss it there as this is not the place for that.

@Shells N Cheese Please remove all of my spots as I no longer will partake in this leader board. All of this bs about cheating and all has got to stop at one point or another. This has become a blame game and it is very childish, I will not involve myself in this leader board if everyone who is involved in it can not act like an adult. Thank you in advance!

Got it, I don't blame you @jdiaz092009 I am actually thinking about separating myself from this as well. Had it been anyone else but me that claimed the Veyron on the Euro board @RAMPAGE1MONEY1 wouldn't have challenged, which can only mean that this is being done out of spite.
@RAMPAGE1MONEY1 simple as this, don't cheat and I will run you, cheat and you will be found out.
