Online players not moving in daily Race

Upon starting a daily race, all other cars appear frozen, and my car is unable to overtake them. This issue persists across multiple races and affects my overall experience.

My internet connection is stable, with a low ping.

Sport, Daily Races problem.

Under “Sport” then Daily Races. After I qualify, when the race starts all the other cars are frozen. They don’t start the race. What is wrong? This has been happening for weeks. My network is “good” when I do the test in GT7.
