He did when he had a working car.

He's not my roommate (yet? :odd: ) but he's here a lot. :)

Matt, I think Yahoo cut off your download early... I didn't cut anything out. It's uncut and uncensored! ;)

Do you mean where the NSX was close to the wall?

edit: This is Thio. This was my first username on GTPlanet.net and I forgot the passwork until now :D

it probably cut me off as well. I've gotten to autocross cudaman's MR2 S/C in the rain. I spun it out and stalled it like a million times. He wont let me race it in the dry though... He's still bitter about a flatspot I put in his tires like 50 years ago.

I have an 87 rx7 turbo II I'm working on getting running. Should be done somewhat soon, but I've said that a lot.

me with the rx8 was funnier

aight i'm starting to make an exact duplicate of cudamans setup except for wheel color. what i want to know from you guys is if this is a good wheel and if the price is right here sorry for hijacking your thread cuda)

The box is gone now Matt, long gone. :)

spaceratk - I wouldn't recommend that wheel, myself. It has a couple bugs -- the brake pedal can only give you ~75% braking power, and sometimes you can't shift while turning. The force feedback is also weaker than the old GT Force.

K just a question. What do you people use to make drift videos? How do you capture the video, and what do you use to edit it?

I dont drift in gt3, in fact, i dont even have ps2, but im working on getting it, my parents think that if i get another system (i already have xbox), that next year i will do elss homework and play more games. Ive been trying to find somewhere where i can get a used playstation 2, and a good wheel and drift. But the reason for my question is that my friend and i are trying to make a video.

Thanks.

That's the old GT3 one. It's exactly the same as the computer one (red), so it's good. Here is a link to the computer one, which works perfectly with the PS2 and GT3.

plugs in through USB just the same. It is what I use, Cuda uses, and everyone else I know uses. Cuda's roommate (one that made the video) bought the PS2 one (with the crosspads and stuff), but doesn't use it. He uses the red one.

I would recommend getting the 2 year product replacement plan. Mine kinda crapped out on me after a year and a half. I did, however have it next to the fireplace, but it's a 'no questions asked' replacement, and only $10 or so.

my little setup...nothings connected, and if u look close enuf in the corner of that cage u can see my 2 foot bearded dragon.

Does that wheel have any problems like the blue one?

Can Anyone answer my previous quesion? Back on page 2... Cudaman you seem to be the senior around here lol, what did you use to record/edit your videos?

I'm not Cudaman either, but I can answer that for you. The best option is to use a capture card for your computer, but that can be expensive/complicated. What Bryan (Cudaman) uses is his Olympus C-2100 UZ Digital camera

set to video mode. This is what is commonly refered to (by me, anyway) as the ghetto capture. If you look closely to his videos, you'll see some weird lines (except in grandorifto II, in which he used a blur filter thingy). Not the best way to do it, but it's definately better than nothing. And after that he uses a video editing program (I think he uses Sonic Foundry's Vegas Video).

I really shouldn't use the computer on my lunch break... gotta go
