Paint Shop/ Send Cars/ Car Updates/ Used Car Dealerships

1st. The game needs a paint shop. Instead of paying alot of money on a car for its matte paint or the paint you want, why cant there be a paint shop when you can search the paint and buy them and use them. It will be easier and a good way to save credits.

2nd. Sending cars should be back. I miss being able to trade cars and recive cars from people to tune in for them. We know they removed this feature to prevent hackers sending hacked cars. But what if you can only send cars that are not hacked and hacked cars be noticed by the suspension or tourque or weight of the car.

3rd. Some cars need better sound and alot of cars need better headlight and taillights detailing. If you could have more customization to a car it will be great. Example the Supra RZ 97. Its a great car but you can't remove spoiler, has no interior.

4th. What is the point of rare cars in the game when every car is in the dealer. Used cars dealership should be back. The game is really boring because you feel alone and not much relation with other players. GT5 is way better than GT6. No wonder alot of people perfer Forza.

Agreed. I would like Matte Black.... and some others. Why not a simple paint wheel? You can buy every car in the game so why not every paint?

This is a yes and no from me. Yes, I like the idea of sending cars BUT NO I do not think they should be cloned and duplicated like we did in GT5. Also start banning a few more consoles and the problem would quickly disappear ;-)

Yes and/or the addition of spotlights for night races would be handy. Also wouldn't be able to adjust the headlight aiming be a nice touch?

Sort of defeats the purpose of point two eh? They wont be that rare when your buddy can just send you his cloned copy of the one he was sent. The rare cars will only be rare for those people that don't have any friends ;-) I can see why they did this and it is one of the few things that makes sense.

So you feel alone when racing online with your friends or in general open lobbies? This actually says more about you than the game I am afraid to say ;-)

GT5 is way better than GT6. No wonder alot of people perfer Forza.

I preferred GT5 as well. There is nothing in GT6 that DLC could not have done. Some would argue there was more in GT5 e.g shuffle, B Spec, track creator, car trading, more stable servers................. ahhhhhhhhhhhh feeling quite nostalgic now.

BTW If PCars had been released in November 2014 as promised I very much doubt we would be having this discussion now.

There is nothing about playing GT5.5 on an out-dated platform that is even remotely appealing to me. I am sure a lot of people here share the sentiment that when the next gen games get here GT6 (sorry GT5.5) will get shelved and when (If???) GT7 comes along will wait for the reviews before buying or wait until it is the bargain bin at the local game shop.

No, it wouldn't. Ban my console and I'll be back in under 5 minutes. Console banning is in no way an effective means in dealing with the problem.

I am intrigued to know more. If you do not wish to publicly say please PM me. I was of the understanding that either by unique serial number or MAC address there was no way for anyone to change a PS3 or PS4 so the ban would be permanent. Account banning is a no brainer but I was under the impression console banning was effective.

I would also like to know your thoughts on what effective measures there are to deal with hackers?

I have just researched this and all I can say %$#&* me! So basically banning a hacker just has encouraged more hacking :-(

Every time I start to think Sony or M$ have half a clue this sort of stuff crops up or their servers get hacked again :-(

I just wish the hackers would do something useful like expand the garage or turn tyre wear on in single player.
To much to ask them to improve the AI I guess though they could probably do it before PD gets round to it
